1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Wireless Control Systems ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile and desktop applications, websites, and related software products.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the applications and software, and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to:

• Download, install, and execute the Android application on personal or business mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
• Download, install, and execute the Windows Receiver software (both Installer and Portable editions) on computers owned or controlled by you.
• Use the software for personal, academic, and lawful business productivity purposes free of charge.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:

• Unauthorized Access: Use the application to remotely monitor, record, or control any computer or hardware device without the explicit knowledge and authorization of the device owner.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, or decrypt the executable binaries, except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
• Malicious Code: Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful materials into the software communication stream.
• Commercial Resale: Resell, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute for commercial fee, or white-label the software without prior written authorization from Wireless Control Systems.
• Tampering with Security: Bypass or tamper with pairing PINs, encrypted handshake tokens, or authentication mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the software, source code, UI designs, icons, artwork, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Wireless PC Mouse & Keyboard and WirelessReceiver are owned or controlled by Wireless Control Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

Third-party libraries (including ZXing, AndroidX, and .NET libraries) remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders and are distributed under their respective open-source licenses.

5. Updates and Service Modifications

We may from time to time provide enhancements, bug fixes, patches, and other updates for the mobile application and Windows receiver. You acknowledge that you may need to update the application or receiver to maintain optimal compatibility, network performance, and security.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of the software at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

THE SOFTWARE AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRELESS CONTROL SYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that the software will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, secure, or free from hardware latency variations caused by local Wi-Fi router congestion or third-party operating system updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WIRELESS CONTROL SYSTEMS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, WORK INTERRUPTION, OR COMPUTER DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The applications and website may contain links to third-party services, such as Google Play Store, Google Drive, Vercel, or external websites. We do not control or endorse these external platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the software from your devices. We may terminate or restrict your access immediately without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable international consumer software standards, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
